Dr. Shraddha Awasthi is a management academician, HR and L&D strategist, corporate trainer and coach with more than 19 years of experience across higher education, human resource management and professional development. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Amity University, an MBA in HR and Marketing, and a PG Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD.
Her career includes serving as Associate Director − HR at Chitkara University and Assistant Professor at Amity University Gurugram, along with academic and training engagements at IIT Mandi, Symbiosis International University, ISTD and Kathmandu Engineering College, Nepal. She teaches and trains in HR, organizational management, marketing, entrepreneurship, learning and development, and cross−cultural management.
A certified practitioner in NLP, META Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Neuroscience Coaching, Advanced CBT, People Analytics and PoSH training, Dr. Awasthi brings a distinctive blend of management science and human behaviour to her work. She specializes in leadership development, talent management, soft skills, coaching and designing training programmes that bridge the gap between academia and industry.
She received the Best Educationist Award 2021 from the Global Triumph Foundation and holds one copyright and four published design patents. Her mission is to empower individuals and organizations through management, human behaviour, neuroscience, NLP and L&D.
