Dr. Anju Thapa is an accomplished academician with a Ph.D. and MBA in Management, alongside qualifications in Library and Information Science and Economics, currently contributing to the Central University of Jammu. With over a decade of experience spanning teaching, research, curriculum development, and student mentoring, she has built a strong reputation in the fields of Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain studies.
Her research portfolio is extensive, comprising 22 published papers, 5 book chapters, and participation in 25 international and 20 national conferences, covering themes such as digital transformation in agricultural supply chains, social media marketing, sustainable tourism, and information management. Her work has appeared in respected journals including the Korea Review of International Studies, Empirical Economics Letters, and the International Journal of Research in Commerce, IT and Management.
Dr. Thapa holds NET−JRF qualifications in Business Studies, Library Science, and Commerce, reflecting her interdisciplinary academic strength. She has been recognized with the Academic Excellence Award (2022) from InSc International Publishers and the Outreach Education Award for Excellence in Marketing (2019).
Actively engaged in continuous professional development, she has participated in numerous FDPs, workshops, and webinars on research methodology, data analytics, and digital tools such as SPSS, R, and SMART−PLS, reinforcing her commitment to academic excellence and impactful, evidence−based research.
